Sous vide lobster is delicious and simple, best way to cook a lobster tail; in my humble opinion. I'm Shibumi Jones, come hang with me on my channel and check this out. In this episode I go through the steps of cooking lobster tail using the sous vide cooking method. I give some ideas for compound butters to sous vide poach in for both cold and warm water lobster. Then, I go on with some additional thoughts and share some stories about lobster. I can't help it I apparently I have a close connection and I'm just a chatty cathy when in comes to all things food and drink.
