perandai - 200gm
Black urad dal - 100 gm
chenna dal - 50 gm
dry chilli - 10 nos
tamarind - small gooseberry size
salt - as required
asafoetida - 1 tsp
gingelly oil - 5 tbs
First pour 5 tbs gingelly oil in kadai and saute perandai till golden brown and take out in separate plate after that in the same remaining oil saute all the above ingredients separately and take out in the same plate finally add salt and asafoetida
add above Fried ingredients in a mixer grinder and grind it
keep it in air tight container
