Cooking BBQ Pork Ribs -

RECIPE
(2 People)
Pork marinade :
800 Grams Pork back ribs
4 tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tbsp Black Pepper
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 tsp Garlic Salt
1 tsp Onion Powder
150 ml BBQ Sauce
Bake (300° F) 2 hours and a half and flip every 30 minutes
Broil (400° F) 15 mins : 10 minutes on the back - 5 minutes on the front
Sweet Potatoes :
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Salt
1 tbsp Black Pepper
Bake 30 minutes
Broil 10 minutes
(Same temperature)
