Here we discuss the Gradient Instruction in Unicorn for use on AKTA chromatography systems like the Avant, Go or Pure. The Gradient instruction is used in the manual and method modules to control the ratio of pump A and pump B. When you are working with the gradient instruction in the method editor be sure to pay careful attention to the breakpoints as these can change in two places at once.
