make kimchi with me🍉 수박 김치 + 오이 김치 [solo with sydney]

It’s summer in Korea which only means two things: I’m currently suffering in my AC-less apartment and watermelons are on sale for ₩30,000 per pound. 🥲

Luckily for me, my co-teacher gifted me some mini watermelons from the school garden! So this week we’re making watermelon rind and cucumber kimchi together. Did I mention I’ve never made kimchi before….? This should be interesting…
