Bangalore - Rameshwaram - Kanyakumari- Road Trip | Part 1

We travelled from Bangalore to Rameshwaram and then to Kanyakumari.
First part of the series of this enticing Road trip covers our Journey from Bangalore to Rameshwaram.

Rameshwaram is an Island in the State of Tamil Nadu, India, which holds an important significance in the most famous and legendary Epic known to mankind as per Hindu religion.

We started early for our Journey to Rameshwaram from Bangalore. Rameshwaram is about 600 Kms from Bangalore and it took us roughly around 9 hours to reach our destination. We drove through Salem -Madurai - Rameshwaram. The roads are in excellent condition and the route offers some breathtaking scenes to keep you excited through out the journey.

During our Visit we stayed at Sremethila Hotels in Rameshwaram, which is highly recommended, as it is just at a walkable distance from the main Temple and is amazingly spacious and clean Hotel. We totally enjoyed our stay. Staffs are courteous and very helpful.

Stay tuned for our next video in which we will share our Rameshwaram experience and the much awaited Dhanushkodi visit. Be rest assured to witness beautiful temples of Rameshwaram and relive the legends. Turquoise blue water and sandy beaches goes without saying, if Dhanushkodi is in the list.\
