Another Highly Requested video! Hope you enjoy my version of Ghana Sugar Bread. Enjoy it with Tea, Milo, Peanut butter, almond butter, coffee, jam, or even as french toast! Ingredients below!
Ingredients:
2-3c Bread Flour
2c water
1/2 tsp Vitamin C
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
4 Tbs Butter (unsalted)
1 Tbs Dry Active Yeast
1/4 tsp nutmeg
