Recipe
5 cups cooked shredded Boston butt pork roast
3 cups shredded chicken
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups pork broth
2 cans tiny green peas
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes
1 6 0z can tomato paste
1 15 oz can whole kernel corn
2 medium cooked diced potatoes
1 medium diced cooked onion
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 cups ketchup
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients in a large stock pot and cook for about 30 minutes on medium, stirring occasionally
