62 elephants were poisoned with cyanide in October 2015 and their tusks removed. This story centres around the end of 2013, and the over 100 elephants that were poached for their tusks in Zimbabwe's Hwange National Park. Cyanide was left around waterholes to kill them...and there is that inevitable link to China. it was very hard to film as the programme i was producing for was persona non grata in Zimbabwe, making movement, filming and interviewing community people difficult.
