A short tutorial on how i achieved diy glitter hair gel, for this neon flapper girl makeup inspo :)
I suggest you to use bio-degradable glitter for the sake of environment! To remove this, you should brush the glitter out with fine tooth comb on a piece of paper towel first, and then shampoo and wash to reduce contamination in water!
