Harbor Hill was constructed from 1899 to 1902 in Roslyn, NY. Located atop the highest point on Long Island, it was the epitome of Gold Coast mansions throughout the Gilded Age. Demolished in 1948, it had existed since then only in photographs and a few architectural drawings.
