We spend the afternoon and evening railfanning, two of the busiest stations in the country.  We catch a variety of trains at Pennsylvania Station, including the newly painted Atlas unit for New Jersey Transit, and Grand Central Terminal ( don’t ever call it anything else or bad luck and misery will follow you).  Here we catch several Heritage Locomotives such as one of the New Haven engines, the Conrail Heritage #201, and the Beach Ball #208.  I’ll have to hope to catch the New York Central Heritage locomotive #211at a later date. We end the video with a snazzy musical tribute to the trains that we have seen under the streets of New York.
