Elb-Link (Ferry Line Brunsbüttel - Cuxhaven)

a film about the ferry company Elb-Link and its Estonian ferries Muhumaa and Saaremaa on the ferry line Cuxhaven - Brunsbüttel.

Durring our crossing over the Elbe we also see Container ships like the Eleonora Mærsk and the cruise ships Saga Pearl II and Saga Sapphire of the shipping company Saga Cruises.

The Elb-Link shipping company existed and operated the Cuxhaven - Brunsbüttel ferry line across the river Elbe for only 2 years with the ferries Muhumaa and Saaremaa, which were put into service under the marketing names Grete and Anne-Marie from 2015-2017.

With this line, the shipping company connected the two German states of Schleswig-Holstein and Niedersachsen.

After financial difficulties, the shipping company abandoned the line in October 2017 and went into insolvency.
