The Ford Explorer: Does this boxy bullet spark joy on the road up North?

True to its name, we chucked kids, bags and pressies in the back and took this on a cross-country Christmas trip to visit family up North. We swung past Northampton to pick up one egg-eating Grandpa and then pressed on to Whitley Bay, putting the Explorer through its paces.
