陶藝涉及大量應用技巧、知識、步驟，對許多初學者而言，除了重複練習及實驗外，觀摩亦是一種必要的學習途徑。本計劃以造型及彩繪裝飾兩項源流中梳理出陶藝製作中的主要技巧，並由藝術家負責示範和拍攝成多條陶藝「陶藝創作指導」影片。藝術家嘗試作出深入淺出的技巧示範，並配以文字補充。
Ceramics practice involves numerous techniques, knowledge and procedures. Apart from practising and experimenting, observation is another essential way of learning for beginners. Consequently, The Workshop Guide to Ceramics will provide demonstration videos for illustrating the forming techniques and surface decoration, which will elucidate the comprehensive skills for making ceramics.

1. 用激光打印機打印黑出白反轉（負）的圖像。
2. 使用小號筆拈上釉下彩或色漿來填滿圖像中的白色線條。
3. 用上較多量的色料以確保豐富色澤。
4. 注意：圖像應打印為黑白而不是灰色調。
5. 水性色料會被紙上的油性黑色墨料所推開。
6. 可再塗一層色料。
7. 然後在色料乾燥後開始移印步驟。
8. 將泥漿倒上紙上以進行圖像轉移。
9. 倒掉剩下的泥漿。
10. 然後將泥漿紙小心地移到另一塊木板上。
11. 使用帶有泥漿的小筆刷整理紙的邊緣。
12. 搖動木板使泥漿均勻及透薄。
13. 另一方法: 可以將圖像移至薄泥板上。
14. 轆一塊薄泥板，粗略地切成正方形。
15. 在泥板上噴上少量水份，然後把表面抹成一層泥漿。
16. 然後將乾燥的圖像放在濕泥板上。
17. 用手指或匙羹輕輕在紙背上磨擦，讓圖像移至泥板上。
18. 再用膠刮壓平紙張。
19. 然後慢慢撕開紙張露出圖像。

1. Print a reverse (negative) image in black and white from laser printer.
2. Use a small brush to fill the glaze or colour slip in the white lines.
3. Use a larger amount of pigments to ensure the richness of colour.
4. Attention: The images should be printed in black and white instead of grey tone.
5. The water-based pigments will be resisted by black laser ink.
6. Paint one more layer of pigments.
7. Then start the transfer step once the pigment dried.
8. Pour clay slip on the paper for the image transfer.
9. Pour away the remaining slip.
10. Then move the slip paper carefully to the other wood board.
11. Use a brush with slip to refine the edge of paper.
12. Shake the board to make the slip even and thinner.
13. Another method: Can translate the image onto the thin slab.
14. Roll a thin slab and roughly cut it into a tile.
15. Spray a little bit water on the slab, then smear the surface for a layer of slip.
16. Then place the dried-pigmented image on the plastic slab.
17. Use fingers / spoon to gently rub the back of the paper to transfer the image onto the slab.
18. Flatten the paper with rubber kidney.
19. Gently peel the paper to reveal the image.
