RUPES POLISHER | CARBON BRUSH REPLACEMENT | 8 SIMPLE STEPS

Is your Rupes polisher giving you trouble? Is it making sparks or is it's speed varying? Well then we might just know what the problem is, your polishers carbon brushes might need to be replaced.

In this video Wouter takes you through the process in 8 simple steps to replace the carbon brushes of your Rupes polisher.

~~~What we did~~~
✅️ 1st step; Unplug the polisher
✅️ 2nd step; Unscrew the motor casing
✅️ 3rd step; Remove the motor casing
✅️ 4th step; Remove the bottom of the casing
✅️ 5th step; Remove the old carbon brush
✅️ 6th step; Replacing the carbon brush
✅️ 7th step; Replace the carbon brush on the other side
✅️ 8th step; Put the machine back together
