One of the Best Eating Fish Catch and Cook Kokanee

Kokanee is probably one of the best easting fish, next to wild trout in my opinion. Finally got back on the water after a long break due to health issues. I felt a little better so I made this trip out to Detroit Lake in Oregon. I caught only 3, but they were enough for a great dinner of smoke salmon.
