Today, we have arrived in Nanchong City, Sichuan Province. Nanchong was historically known as "Guozhou" and earned the title "Silk Capital" due to its thriving silk production. After the Southern Song Dynasty, it was upgraded to Shunqing Prefecture. Once prosperous thanks to its silk industry, the city unfortunately declined under the impact of modern textile manufacturing, gradually fading from its former glory. However, the legacy of its culinary culture remains eternal.
