30-minute ballet class for practicing splits at home. Follow-along barre with floor warm-up and extended stretch.
Exercises: Floor Warm-Up, Cambré Devant, Tendu and Relevé Lent en Cloche en Fondu, Cambré Forward and Back en Fondu, Circular Port de Bras, Battement Fondu, Relevé Lent and Grand Battement, Splits, Révérence
You will need a yoga block and a ballet barre, or equipment that serves the same function.
