Making Utrom Shredder - TMNT 2003

This week on the OnGreenShow I'm making Utrom Shredder from TMNT 2003 in the basic exoskeleton suit. I'm using a Neca T-800 exoskeleton as my base figure. I build out the body using Apoxie Sculpt then use Milliput make the Utrom Ch'rell in his belly. This is my 11th custom Shredder action figure, my second from the 2003 Ninja Turtle series.
