Hey y'all! I know this isn't traditional meal prep, but it's certainly a prep so we're adding it to the playlist! These mixes will save you time and money and you won't have to run out to the store when you're out of the one box you bought. I made them all and they're all great so I hope you make these!

PANCAKE MIX:
4 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking soda
1/4 cup powdered sugar
3/4 cup powdered milk
1 tsp salt

To make them:
1 cup mix
3/4 cup water

Cook on a greased griddle or pan until done.

MUFFIN MIX:
6 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tbsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 1/8 cups sugar

To make:
2 3/4 cup mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
Mix ins of your choice

Bake in greased muffin pans at 400F for 18-20 minutes. Makes 12.

BROWNIES:
3 cups flour
4 cups sugar
1 cup cocoa powder
3/4 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt

To Make:
2 1/4 cups mix
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled (or oil if you prefer)
Nuts (optional)


Bake in a greased 8x8 or 9x9 pan at 350F for 20-22 minutes
