Look Outside (NEW in v2.0) - ALL Roaches Quest Rewards (& How To Recruit Them)

This is how you can complete the (newly added) Quest for Roaches, as well as a simple method to guarantee recruiting them! The Quest was officially added in Look Outside v2.0 as well as massive amounts of additional dialogue and new choices to make!
