Pavilion Damansara Heights, also known as Pavilion DH, is a modern and luxurious lifestyle destination located in the Pusat Bandar Damansara commercial area in Bukit Damansara, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is the third mall under the Pavilion brand, following Pavilion Kuala Lumpur and Pavilion Bukit Jalil. The mall officially opened on October 9, 2023, as part of Phase 1 of the development. The project is a joint venture between Pavilion Group and Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (CPP Investments), built on the former site of the Damansara Town Centre complex.

Despite its prime location and state-of-the-art facilities, Pavilion Damansara Heights has faced challenges in attracting retailers and foot traffic. One reason for this is the oversaturation of the retail market in Kuala Lumpur. Malaysia has more than 1,000 shopping complexes, with many located in the greater Kuala Lumpur area. This has led to intense competition among malls, making it difficult for newer establishments like Pavilion Damansara Heights to stand out.

Another factor is the economic climate and changing consumer behavior. The COVID-19 pandemic has shifted shopping habits, with more people opting for online shopping and prioritizing essential purchases. This has resulted in lower foot traffic and reduced spending at physical retail locations. Additionally, the mall's high rental rates may deter smaller businesses from setting up shop, further limiting the variety of tenants and attractions available to visitors.

Despite these challenges, Pavilion Damansara Heights continues to offer a range of luxury amenities, including residential blocks, office towers, a five-star hotel, and an event gallery.
