Over three days, we celebrated local businesses in Western Cape, highlighting their hard work and contributions to the community. The Bambelela Business Awards is a platform designed to recognise and support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs) that are making an impact in their industries. ✨
Day 1 kicked off with an SMME briefing session, where business owners gathered to learn about the awards process, funding opportunities, and ways to grow their ventures sustainably. Day 2 featured SMME exhibitions, panel discussions, and elevator pitches, giving businesses a valuable chance to network and gain visibility.
Day 3 concluded with a Gala Dinner at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth Racecourse, where a total of R1,000,000 was awarded to 20 deserving businesses, along with an additional R10,000 prize through our social media competition. Among the winners, 17 businesses received R40,000 each.
The 3rd place winner secured R70,000, the 2nd place winner earned R100,000, and the grand prize winner took home an impressive R130,000. 🔥
