The lead singer for the Tennessee Gentleman, Donny Catron, I've always felt was one of the most gifted singers I've ever known, and I've known some great ones. He could break glass. :) Donny sold me his D-28 Martin when I was still just a kid. That helped to keep us connected throughout the years. Whenever he'd see me, he'd always say, "how's my guitar doin'?", knowing by that time that I had put more miles on it than he had. It was always kind of a joke between us. I'm thankful that I was able to spend some time with him in his last days. He called and we had a long talk about a week before he passed. He was a great singer and a great person. This is the group's version of " Louise, " most notably known by Miss Bonnie Raitt.
