Joint rollers’ speed, creativity tested at Thai cannabis competition

The inaugural Cannabis Cup Thailand competition was held at a small rooftop cafe in Bangkok on December 10, 2022. Contestants chased three prizes, including one for the fastest roller of a joint or cigarette containing marijuana. Thailand became the first Southeast Asian country to legalise cannabis for medical use in 2018 and four years later, the entire plant was decriminalised, leading to widespread recreational use.
