Here's some ASMR help if you're struggling with your emotion regulation. In this video, I teach a few emotional regulation techniques (DBT) for those times when our emotions seem overwhelming or out of control. I've paired them with some lovely tapping and paper sounds 😁. The techniques I use are Wise Mind, Rational Breaks, and the 5-4-3-2-1 Grounding technique. All of these come from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Hope you enjoy and find some benefit from these techniques for coping with your feelings.
