Today we are touring the Halsey, a single wide HUD mobile home, manufactured by Clayton / Buccaneer in AL. This home is located at Atkinson Homes in Childersburg, AL.

This home is 16' x 78' and comes in at 1170 square feet. It is a viable contender to tiny house / RV park model tiny homes in terms of expense.
