Georgia Man Allegedly Shot Ex-Girlfriend After Kidnapping Her and Leading Cops on High-Speed Chase

Bodycam footage shows the moments surrounding a kidnapping that turned deadly when a suspect shot his ex-girlfriend in Georgia on July 16. The Fayetteville Police Department said 20-year-old Cameron Hopkins showed up armed at a Wingstop restaurant and forced 19-year-old Khaliyah Jones to leave with him. Hopkins then led police on a high-speed chase before shooting Jones when officers caught up to him. The Law&Crime Network’s Sierra Gillespie breaks it down.
