One of the most brilliant and versatile singers in China, Bella Yao (1981.09.26--2015.01.16).
Bella excels in Chinese opera, rock, pop, folk songs, music composition and song writing. Bella also enjoys acting in comedy skits.
In 2011, Bella was diagnosed with breast cancer, but she conquered it after mastectomy and chemotherapy.
In June 2014, she was diagnosed with cancer recurrence. With the greatest courage, she decided to devote her last moment in her favorite activity--singing. The last song she sang on stage, Fish, was in November 2014.
In January 2015, she passed away, and she donated her cornea. Three people have regained vision from Bella's cornea donation so far (Feb 2015).
