જામનગરની જનતાને ગંભીર રોગોના જોખમમાં મૂકનાર ઝેરી કચરાના મામલાનો પર્દાફાસ થયા બાદ હવે સૌથી ગંભીર બાબત સામે આવી છે—પુરાવાનો નાશ. રીલાયન્સના કોન્ટ્રાક્ટરો દ્વારા નાખવામાં આવતો ખતરનાક કચરો અમે 1 ડિસેમ્બરે જાહેર કર્યો. 6 ડિસેમ્બરે કોન્ટ્રાક્ટર કંપનીના માલિકે આ કચરો પોતાનો હોવાનું સ્વીકાર્યું હોવા છતાં ન તો FIR નોંધાઈ, ન સ્થળ સીલ થયું, ન સેમ્પલ લઈને FSL રિપોર્ટ કરાવવામાં આવ્યો.

આના બદલે છેલ્લા કેટલાંક દિવસોથી પેટ્રોલ છાંટી પુરાવા સળગાવવામાં આવી રહ્યા છે. પોલીસ, મહાનગરપાલિકા અને જવાબદાર જનપ્રતિનિધિઓની ચૂપ્પી ગંભીર સવાલો ઉભા કરે છે. જો જનતાને નુકસાન પહોંચાડવાનો સડયંત્ર નહોતો, તો પુરાવાનો નાશ કેમ? આ વીડિયો જામનગરની જનતાના આરોગ્ય અને હક માટેનો અવાજ છે.

जामनगर के लोगों को गंभीर बीमारियों के खतरे में डालने वाले ज़हरीले कचरे का मामला सामने आने के बाद, अब सबसे गंभीर बात सामने आई है—सबूत मिटाना। हमने 1 दिसंबर को रिलायंस कॉन्ट्रैक्टर द्वारा फेंके जा रहे खतरनाक कचरे का खुलासा किया था। भले ही कॉन्ट्रैक्टर कंपनी के मालिक ने 6 दिसंबर को मान लिया था कि यह कचरा उसका है, लेकिन न तो FIR दर्ज की गई, न जगह सील की गई, न सैंपल लिया गया और न ही FSL रिपोर्ट हुई।

इसके बजाय, पिछले कुछ दिनों से सबूतों पर पेट्रोल डालकर उन्हें जलाया जा रहा है। पुलिस, नगर निगम और ज़िम्मेदार जनप्रतिनिधियों की चुप्पी गंभीर सवाल खड़े करती है। अगर लोगों को नुकसान पहुंचाने की कोई साज़िश नहीं थी, तो सबूत क्यों मिटाए गए? यह वीडियो जामनगर के लोगों की सेहत और उनके हक की आवाज़ है।

We revealed the hazardous waste being dumped by Reliance contractors on December 1.
