This modern villa comes fully furnished and features high ceilings, lots of natural light, and open living spaces. Inside, you’ll find a large modern kitchen with everything needed for day-to-day life, including a Ninja Foodi, oven, cooktop with built-in vent, dishwasher, and a wide selection of coffee and tea-making equipment. The dining room connects to the kitchen and living area, creating an open-concept design ideal for family living.

🛏️ Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Master Bedroom: Very spacious with direct pool access, a large workstation (where we edit our YouTube videos), and plenty of closet space. The en suite master bathroom features a rainfall shower and bathtub.

Second Bedroom: Mid-sized with built-in closet, desk, and another rainfall shower in the en suite bathroom.

Third Bedroom: Perfect for guests or as a secondary office space, complete with its own TV, desk, and separate bathroom access.

🐕 Expat Life with Dogs in Thailand
Since we moved from the USA to Thailand, our two dogs, Stella and Remy, have been an important part of our journey. This villa is pet-friendly, with a fenced garden area and plenty of space for them to run and swim.
