Ramadan has come again. We all have a lot of memories of Ramadan. Our sweet memories varies from the first time we fast to the colorful Iftari's food and dessert tables. One of the most memorable Persian dessert for Ramadan is Sholezard. It has a very unique taste which comes from a magic combination of rice, sugar , butter ,almond and zafaran.
