No matter how much "inner work" you think you've done, strategy that addresses only conscious awareness will not help you heal completely ... and I'm speaking from years of personal experience. if you are still holding on to old stories, limiting beliefs, stuck in continuous patterns, sabotaging success with negative emotions and thoughts (whether it's around money or something else) - you need to do the unconscious and nervous system regulation work to make it stick. Once done, you will have a greater appreciation of how valuable you and your work is - only then you will have the confidence to ask for what you are worth and break through the limitations you have placed on your income ceiling.
