“Yavi,” who lost his leg at the hip in a tragic accident near his home in Israel two years ago, was all smiles today as he walked out of POA wearing his new prosthesis! 😊 He arrived in Orlando six weeks ago, nervous but eager to begin the process of walking again. Yavi was very motivated and had such a great attitude that it wasn’t long before he accomplished his goal, and captured our hearts as well! Before he left for the airport, Yavi, who spoke only Hebrew when he arrived, surprised us and recorded a special message for Stan and Roger - in English! We’ll miss him and his awesome mom, but look forward to receiving updates on his progress!
