AI vs. Human: The Ultimate Photo Retouching Showdown!

In this fun experimental video, we go on a little journey to explore the advancements in artificial intelligence and determine whether it can best my skills as a professional photo retoucher in the industry.

In this first video in a hopefully evolving series, I go up against Evoto, a state-of-the-art AI program, to gauge how I measure up against the ever-evolving technology. This fun experiment serves as a benchmark to monitor the impressive capabilities of AI when it comes to pushing the boundaries of photo retouching.

I kick off the video by presenting the two retouched images side by side, without revealing which one was created by me and which one was the result of AI.

After revealing which one was mine, I take you on a behind-the-scenes tour of my retouching process, providing a quick overview of the layers and workflow I crafted to achieve my results. And for those curious about the AI's approach, I also offer a brief glimpse into Evoto's settings for this image.
