SEYI SLG Series - Link Motion, Heavy Duty, Deep Draw Presses

Available from 330 tons to 1320 Tons and 2 or 4 point configurations, the SEYI SLG series presses are precision presses applicable to large, heavy tonnage die tooling with multiple precision stages in deep drawing, blanking, piercing, bending, forming for single or progressive stamping. The SLG series incorporates Link Motion drive technology to reduce ram speed during the forming stroke while increasing speed on the upstroke to improve productivity. The SLG series stamping presses are tie rod constructed for minimal deflection, accurate parts and machine durability. For sizes 660T and below, the SLG series presses use a pneumatically actuated wet-type clutch and brake offering efficient, high torque, fast acting, low power consumption and environmentally friendly performance. For sizes 880T and higher, the hydraulically actuated clutch/brake offers the same benefits as above, plus low inertia, soft engagement and recirculating hydraulic oil cooling for durability.
Fast Response Hydraulic overload system protects your parts, die, and the presses in the event of an overload. Optional Rolling bolsters. Quick Die Change, Automation, and full turnkey systems are available. The standard North American press and automation control is the WIntriss SmartPAC2 System with 4 channel tonnage monitor, 8 programmable limit switches, 8 channels of die protection, and the WPC 2000 Press/Brake controls.
