Exploring CATALINA - Sailing to CAT HARBOR & Mountain Biking the West end Trans Catalina Trail

In this video, we (the boat and I) single-handed sail (solo sail) from Dana Point to the backside of Catalina Island, where we anchor at Catalina Harbor, a.k.a Cat Habor. I detail how we anchor and the scope necessary in this anchorage. Afterward, we go ashore and ride our mountain bike on parts of the Trans Catalina Trail on the island's west end to see the interesting botany, ecology, and plant and animal interactions that occur in the area's ecosystems. We safely end at Two Harbors and are grateful for a wonderful trip.
