This is a Phon-Arm Attachment (made by the Chicago Stand Company) which allowed a rear mount horn to be mounted to an Edison Standard, Home or Triumph phonograph. This is the Home version, mounted to a Model B Edison 2 minute Home Phonograph. It is playing "Two Little Bulfinches Polka" The horn mount allowed Victor rear mount style horns to be attached.
