On January 13, 2026, the CYBHI School-Linked Partnership and Capacity Grant team convened a Community of Practice (CoP) meeting for County Offices of Education (COEs). The January CoP featured Ali Murphy (Director, Mental Health) and Stephanie Kaiser (Coordinator, Compliance and Sustainability) from the Placer County Office of Education (Placer COE). The Placer COE team provided an overview of the Interconnected Systems Framework (ISF) and how the framework can support sustainability of mental health programs at LEAs. After grounding in the framework, Placer COE described the PCOE implementation of ISF to support their programming.
