Using OPA with Terraform - Rego Basics

Before we can implement Open Policy Agent (#OPA) with #Terraform, we first need to learn the basics of using #Rego - the DSL for OPA. I'll walk you through some of the key concepts in Rego, how to use the REPL interactive shell in OPA, and how to build some basic rules for a Rego package.
