This weeks video is an easy blackeye pea jambalaya. Sounds odd I know, believe me its probably the best way ive had blackeye peas.

1 stick butter
1 small onion, chopped
1 small bell pepper, chopped
1 pound smoked sausage 1/4'd & browned
. 1 bag 90sec Spanish rice
1 (15oz) can black-eyed peas Margaret Holmes seasoned
