Felt strong on this one. I’ll be going up in weight next time. My plan is to continue progressive overload and climbing up the weight each session until I feel the need for a break. I think the most I’ve done for reps and sets is 20 lbs. (maybe 22?). Hope to get to 25 lbs. I also want to go for some PR’s before I turn 68 in March. Thanks for your support! I feel like my 8 years of training are lifting me up to new levels. Stay tuned yo!
