A Workplace Bullying Healing Journey: Survivor to Thriver as an Ex Target

This is a follow up video to the first in a series of my workplace bullying experience. I talk more about my journey towards healing, how the medical system can only go so far and what was missing in my journey that could have prevented my decline in health, trust, and career.

Communication in any relationship is difficult, add conflict to a conversation and we have overstepped boundaries and a need to find a quick resolution.

Workplace conflict and workplace bullying are subjects close to my heart. On a personal level, I experienced the trauma of an unresolved conflict with poor communication skills that grew into a painful awareness that what I really had was a workplace bully.

The journey to ex-target status started with simple survival and transitioned into something much bigger and better. Rebuilding trust in the workplace is one of the things that allowed me to stay on the healing path and ultimately move from survivor to thriver.
