I head down to the promenade around 5pm after the heavy rain and find lots of people enjoying the Pride Celebrations at the front of the North Pier, including Gertrude, who has her photograph taken by her friend sat on my scooter.
As they all dance around having fun, I head up Talbot road and see Tom Barrett, one Blackpool's Infamous Legend's, a very dangerous man arguing with a group of very big men and a woman who have no comprehension who they are dealing with and as I approach filming he turns on me, but with instant help from the door staff outside Trilogy, I talk him down and I lead him away with a bit of mentoring, where he chills out, joins in the fun of the day and leaves after i give him a Tenner, with me shaking in my boots, lol
