Today we are going to get into some lacrosse attack drills: Low angle shooting when dodging from X in lacrosse.

The best lacrosse attackman in the world are insanely accurate when shooting below angles when dodging from X. Those are very high difficulty shots and it takes a lot of practice.

I'm going to give you 4 Drills that you can do on your own to master your low angle shooting when dodging from X.

These are called "Wrap Around Progressions" and what we are going to do here as attackman a really important shot that I feel that young players don't practice enough: Coming from X shooting even to GLE (Goal Line Extended) or below it with the wrap around shot.

I'm going to show you how I teach it and it's pretty fool proof. These are lacrosse attack shooting drills that you can do by yourself.
