Thanksgiving Day Food Reveal!

Join us as we start our day early making Thanksgiving Day preparations.
The day before we readied our macaroni & cheese, sweet potato souffle, creamed corn, dressing, gravy, and deviled eggs.
7am - started turkey in our 20-year-old roaster (18 quart) on 325F degrees for 3 - 3.5 hours.
9:30am - 10am - started boiling potatoes, cooking green beans, and heating gravy on stove top.
10:15am - Turkey is done. Remove from roaster oven & tent with foil for 1 hour
10:30am - Set oven to 350F and start cooking the macaroni & cheese, dressing, creamed corn, & sweet potatoes
11:15am - Put rolls in oven. Put marshmallows on top of sweet potatoes
11:30 - 11:45 - remove items from oven as done. Leave in sweet potatoes & broil marshmallows for 2 minutes. Remove frozen cheesecake & frozen chocolate pie from freezer to thaw. Carve turkey.
11:50pm - Arrange buffet items. Open cranberry sauce. Get deviled eggs from fridge.
12pm EAT!
