Join us live for Falling Walls Lab Pitches to witness the future of science, research and innovation at the Falling Walls Science Summit on the 6 November 2025.
This global, interdisciplinary pitch competition provides students and early-career professionals with the opportunity to present their innovative ideas in just three minutes. During their pitches, participants convey their research and solutions to an expert panel of judges hailing from academia, industry and the public sector.

Participants of the Global Finale are Winners from 82 regional Labs, organised by renowned international academic institutions throughout the Lab season. These 100 Finalists then compete for the Science Breakthrough of the Year in the Emerging Talents category. The Winners of the Lab Global Finale on 6 November are invited to pitch again on the Falling Walls Breakthroughs of the Year Stage on 9 November, alongside Nobel laureates, Leibniz Prize winners and world-renowned scientists and innovators. For those with an interest in the future of impactful research, this event showcases the ideas shaping tomorrow’s breakthroughs—and the talent that will define tomorrow.
