Lagoa do Congro is located in the center of Sao Miguel Island, in the municipality of Vila Franca do Campo. It's one of the most enchanting and untouched lagoons on the island. The lagoon is circular in shape, about 500 meters long, and can reach up to 16 meters deep in some places. Because it is a difficult place to access and requires a long walk through the vegetation, not everyone dares to visit it. However, those who dare to take the 700-meter walk will not regret it. It's worth every effort 💚💚💚
