This transmission was caught near the end of the second day of transmission. The transmission would start, then end with a couple minutes of silence between each round. The transmission was also possibly aimed in a different direction for each burst because the strength would get weaker and weaker, but then stronger again. Almost like the beam was steered in a circular motion.
This was part of a 3-day campaign in research for improvements in space debris detection on satellites and ground stations.
